Para medir la competitividad, en el IMCO vemos muchos indicadores y tomamos variables que medimos a lo largo de los a\u00f1os para ver c\u00f3mo cambian las condiciones y c\u00f3mo repercute eso en la competitividad del pa\u00eds, de un estado o ciudad.<\/p><p><em><strong>NA \u00bfQu\u00e9 rol juega la formaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo de talento y la educaci\u00f3n para mejorar la competitividad de las organizaciones?<\/strong><\/em><\/p><p>El capital humano ya no es s\u00f3lo trabajo, son personas que tienen capacidades de hacer cosas en los diferentes sectores en los que se emplean. Me parece muy interesante escuchar la queja continua: no encontramos gente.<\/p><p>Los datos del INEGI muestran que s\u00ed hay gente. No encontramos gente capacitada, no la que necesitamos. Y ah\u00ed me parece que hay un hueco entre lo que el sistema de educaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica o privada genera, y lo que las empresas necesitan.<\/p><p>Es donde se ubica uno de los modelos emergentes de capacitaci\u00f3n y educaci\u00f3n, que son las Universidades Corporativas.
